I don't want Turbo Tax to file my State return. How do I do that?

In the File section of the program you can select how the tax returns are filed. Change the state return from e-file to print and mail.

Yes, you can use TurboTax to file your federal return and skip the state.

Once you finish your federal return, TurboTax will prompt you to do your state, but you can literally select Skip state.
