I don’t want to use the forms I filled out with the app. I want to start paperwork over

Is there a way to just get rid of the first forms I finished and get the refund for those and then start a new one over?

All income and ALL W-2's and Form 1099's received in 2019 are only entered on only ONE tax return.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2019 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

I paid for it but they couldn’t efile. SO when that happened I changed the amount I was willing to pay and deleted add ons. Cause I had to print them out n send myself cause my ex wrongfully claimed my child. So when I signed them again and finished I clicked to look at document and realized I was charged the 140 or whatever that I removed and cause I moved recently I think the post office may have more forms that were sent to me that I’m unaware of. I just want all of it to go away n re do it or pay a real person to take care of it for me.

If you want to cancel your tax return and start a new return you may do so by using the Clear & Start Over option.  

• With TurboTax open select tax tools in the left-hand panel.  

• Then select Clear & Start Over.  

• Select yes when asked are you sure you want to clear your return.
