You are always free to stop filing and file with whoever you choose. As long as you haven't transmitted the return then you can file elsewhere. If you have already submitted the return, it won't be possible for you to cancel. Additionally, If you have already paid, please keep in mind that you will not be able to get a refund. If you are having a specific problem with the program, feel free to post a message in the forum to seek assistance.

@tjsmith3524 If you do not want to file it then do not file it. Clear it out or abandon the return.
