You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Changes can be made in Step 2 of the Review/Finish & File screens.
Part of that step is letting TurboTax know how you want to file each return you prepared (mail or e-File). As long as you have not e-Filed yet, you can go back to that screen and change the option to "File by Mail."
I KEEP RESELECTING FILE BY MAIL AND IT ISN'T WORKING!!!!
Try clearing your cookies and cache.
