I don't want the premium service charges. How do I remove them?

You can remove the Premium service package, but that simply isn't enough. If you want to have your TurboTax fee deducted from your return, you will need the Premium. If you pay for your return with a credit card, then you can entirely remove Premium. But California state law requires Premium for e-filing.
