I don't understand why I can't file and pay with my refund.

I want to file my taxes and it is telling me that the option to pay my fees is not available at this time.

Refund Processing will only become available when all the forms are ready to be filed. Some federal forms do not yet have the IRS final draft available and then states do not finalize some of their forms until the federal ones are ready.   

Please click on the REVIEW tab to see any forms that are waiting and an estimate of when they will be ready .
