If your tax return has been accepted, only the IRS can give you any information about its processing. Some returns take longer than others, but if they need something from you, they will notify you by mail. The Where's My Refund page states:
Expect delays if you mailed a paper return or had to respond to an IRS inquiry about your e-filed return. You should only call if it has been:
Do not file a second tax return.
When I check IRS.gov it tells me it is still being processed.
I'm wondering if I did something wrong? Please help me
