I cant figure out how to remove any information that you have on me from our previou dealings.  Something i just read said if i didnt like the terms i could close my account.  How do i go about doing this?

I don't think you can close your tax return account.  IRS regulations require that it be kept for a certain number of years.  For security, you can change your password and enable 2-factor authentication.  For more security, you can call customer support to have your account deactivated -- this means that no one including you can access the file without calling customer support and sending in proof of identity.
