We can tell you how to troubleshoot for multiple accounts, if necessary, but first try the following in case that is the correct account.
If you are returning to Online TurboTax for the first time this year, the left menu column won't yet have Tax Home and Documents tabs until you proceed further. You have to answer some preliminary screens first and may have to choose a 2020 product (you are not obligated to use it.) Then you should have those tabs. When you click on the Documents tab, then you'll see a dropdown list of years. Choose one, and then way over on the right of the screen you should see a link to download the PDF.
OR here's another way. Once you have gone through the preliminary screens and have the Tax Home tab, you can go to the Tax Home and scroll way down the page to "Your Tax Returns & Documents." Expand that section and choose the tax year you want, then click the link "download/print the PDF."
If you try both of those methods, and see no evidence of your prior returns in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents", we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.
So, I have already picked a product, and answered some questions (including W2), and booked my first meeting, but I still only see the "My Expert" tab in the left menu. Neither Tax Home nor Documents exist. Not sure what else I need to do to get past "the preliminary screens". Can you please elaborate on that? Thanks.

OK. Then since you are in a product, it sounds like you have indeed gone far enough and past the preliminary screens (which are questions asked for product selection). Are you using a computer and Online TurboTax through a browser, or are you using the TurboTax Mobile App on a phone/mobile device?
You appear to be using Live Full Service Self-Employed so you must be planning to have a CPA/EA tax expert prepare your return.
If you are using Online TurboTax in a browser, and if your return is open, you should have the following left column menu with Tax Home and Documents tabs. This image is from regular Self-Employed Edition. I have no way to make an image from Live Full Service Self-Employed, so I can't guarantee the images are the same in a Full Service product; I have no way to view and test it. This is a menu image one would see in all the regular editions and the regular TurboTax Live editions when using Online TurboTax in a browser. If you're using the Mobile App on a mobile device, it would be different.

It would also make a difference if you are using the browser version (Online TurboTax) or the Mobile App.
If you are accessing Online TurboTax through a browser and don't have any menu like my image, then I can't advise any further since I don't have a Live Full Service product to view. I don't know if you would get it when you get farther into your return or not. If you're using the Mobile App, however, then you won't have the same menu as my image. If using the Mobile App, I believe you'll need to sign into Online TurboTax to look for prior returns.
I don't know if you are still around tonight, but in the interest of time, I'll leave 3 ways you can get help during the day.
If you need to phone TurboTax Customer Support, they should be able to walk you through the screens of that Live Full Service product until you can tell if you have the prior returns in that account or not. If it turns out the returns are not there, they can also help you locate multiple accounts. Or we can give you the instructions for locating multiple accounts here in this user community forum.
