I don't think I signed my federal tax return and I have already mailed it.

I received my stated returned because I had to add another stamp.  I opened it, and noticed that I didn't sign it.  I signed it and mailed it back.  How do I take care of my federal tax return?

If you mailed your federal tax return without a signature, once received by the IRS they will mail the tax return back to the address listed on the return. When you receive it you can then sign and mail it back in.
