I don't think I filed last year, but they are asking for my AGI, what do I do?

If you did not file a return in 2017, then you have no 2017 AGI in the IRS database.   In that case you would enter a 2017 AGI of 0 (zero, single digit.)

That is the only solution I know of if you didn't file a 2017 return.    Since you said you "think" you didn't file one, that muddies the water.   It would good if you knew for sure one way or the other.

I see you have the Live upgrade as part of your product.   You could contact a Live Expert tomorrow during the day, but they may not have anything to add.  Did you have your Live Expert review your return prior to filing?

It looks like you are using Live Basic.   The Live portion of your product allows you to contact an expert for Live tax help and return preparation help from a CPA/EA tax pro.   It also includes a final review of your return, which they sign.

Live Basic is currently discounted at 49.99 for a Federal return and 29.99 for a state return.   If you choose to pay the fees out of the Federal refund, there is an additional 39.99 service fee (44.99 for California filers.)

Did you start a return last year in Online TurboTax?   If so you can look in "Your Tax Returns & Documents" and see if there is evidence of a filed return with a "return status.".
If there's nothing there, but you think you did use  TurboTax last year, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.

The IRS would probably tell you if you filed a 2017 return or not, if you wanted to phone them.
