To enter estimated tax paid in 2025
Go to Federal>Deductions and Credits>Estimates and Other Taxes Paid>Estimates
If you don't find it under Deductions & Credits, this is likely why.
When you click in the left column tab for Deductions & Credits, and then Deductions & Credits Summary, it may take you to a page called "Your Tax Breaks". That shows the "Tax Breaks", i.e., deductions, that someone has already worked on this year or that TurboTax is expecting from what was entered last year. Lower on that same screen should be a button or link for "Add more tax breaks". When clicked, then the screen should expand, and all the deduction topics are displayed including "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid." Then that topic can be expanded further to get the subtopic Estimated Tax Payments.
If you still can't find it after all that, I can give you a way to go directly to that topic.
I have used Turbo Tax for years. It has always been a pain in the butt and over-priced, but this year it just does not work. It would not walk me though deductions. I had to enter all deductions manually. I almost filed without reporting my paid estimates, because it did not walk me though deductions even though I asked it to. No questions about business expense deductions or other deductions. It just does not work.
