I don't qualify for free filing. How do I change it to the Deluxe version? It keeps asking me to go back to IRS.gov. I've cleared out my return several time, but every time I complete my deductions, it says that I don't qualify for free & my only 2 options are to go back or IRS.gov. I've even selected the Deluxe version from the home page, but once I log in & start again I get the same issue. Please help!

You tried Free File but did not qualify?  You have to use a different account and user ID to switch back to a paid version of online TT.  You cannot switch back using the same account and user ID that you were trying to use for Free File.
