Uber should be able to provide you with the number of miles
you accumulated while you were in driver mode. You can generally report all of
this mileage, since you were working at the time.
You don't need Uber's EIN to file. Enter your social security number for the
self-employed EIN, unless you've applied for and were assigned an EIN to use
instead of your social security number.
