I don't haver or need form 3554, but I can't file my taxes without info from it, why?

I've been at this for 2 hours, the only solutions I see here tell me to delete and start again, but I can't find a way to do this and all hyperlinks I find are dead.

Is this for a California return? 

If that doesn't apply to you, follow the steps below to delete the form:

1. Select Tax Tools in the left panel. 
2. Select tools. 
3. Select delete forms. 
4. Select delete on the line for Form 3554..
5. Select  Delete Selected Form.

I also don't see Tax Tools on the left at all.

Forget the other reply, wish I could delete. Found the Tax Tools, deleted, and sent my return. Thanks CatinaT1, much appreciated
