Yes you must claim that income. The IRS gets copies form the employer ans will bill you for late charges and possible penalties for failing to report all income (it might take a year or so before the IRS matches what the employer reported and what you filed and issue the late fee letter.)
The employer was required to get the W-2 to you by Jan 31, 2022 but if not received then contact the employer for a copy.
If these were your only jobs, or your total income for 2021 was less than $12,550 (and assuming you are age 24 or older) then you aren't required to file a tax return at all. The IRS web site can help you figure out if you need to file. https://www.irs.gov/help/ita/do-i-need-to-file-a-tax-return
But if you file a tax return for any reason, you must report all your income, no matter how small.
