I don’t have access to my AGI for 2017 because my father claimed me and I can’t ask him for my AGI due to domestic violence

It doesn't matter if he claimed you or not.
Did you file your own return?  If not then your AGI is zero.

I put zero and it rejected it. He controlled all of my money last year so he might have filed for me

If you don't have access to your taxes from last year, you should be able to request a free transcript from the IRS by visiting their website here:  http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript.  Your transcript will have last year's AGI and a summary of your Tax Return.
