Keep your 1095-C for your records, but you do not need to report it on your federal tax return.
I will save it but every time I file my taxes get rejected because I don’t have the information for 1095-A form. I’ve been trying to fix this since February of this year
If your tax return is being rejected for not including the 1095-A, then there is something in the iRS database that indicates that you should have the form.
If you have already tried the troubleshooting steps found in THIS help article and you still experience the rejection, you will need to mail your return.
