Click on the Federal Taxes tab go to Other Tax Situations, scroll down to the bottom and click update/start next to Form W-4 and estimated Taxes. Continue through until you get to a screen that says Apply to Estimated Taxes and answer no to the question "Do you want t apply an amount to your 2017 taxes?".
Alternatively,
- Click on "My Account"
- click on "Tools"
- click on "Delete a Form"
- A list of all forms currently being used for your return will appear. Scroll down the list and locate Estimated Taxes and Form W-4 Worksheet
- Click delete directly next to the form. Confirm that you want the form deleted
