The desktop CD equivalent to Self-Employed is called Home and Business. You can order it from TurboTax or purchase it from retailers such as Amazon,Costco, Staples, Walmart, Sam's, etc.

You may as well get the download. The CD is only good for the initial installation, and all updates must be downloaded.
