I do not understand why it is saying that I have a tax Liability of over $5000 from 2023. I over paid for 2023 and received a refund. Should I just type a 0 in that box?

Please tell us where TurboTax is saying this? In the Review? Is one of the interviews (like adding a form)? I do not recognize this question.
