There is no ADD button.

I do not see how to add a vehicle that is used for business purposes in th eVehicle Summary area for Deductions.

When you Edit your Business, under 'Business Expenses' choose Update for 'Cars, trucks and other vehicle expenses' (screenshot).

At the Vehicle Summary Page, chose 'Add a Vehicle' (screenshot).
