I do not know what package to pick..... I worked the beginning of last year at a full time job but majority of the year I was self employed..

If you were self-employed for most of 2018, you should use TurboTax Self-Employed Online or TurboTax Home & Business.

They are basically the same product. The main difference is that the first is used online and the second is installed on a computer.
