I do not know how to scan forms so can I send a copy and where can I send it to

What are you wanting to send a copy of and to whom?  Please tell us what you are trying to do.

I sent completed the info online but do not know how to scan the 2 W2 forms.  Computer said it accepted.  Can I USA mail copies or do they have to be emailed?  Thanks

Did you e-file your tax return?  If you e-filed then you do not need to send in any forms.  It was all done electronically.

if you mailed your return rather than efiled it,   if the IRS wants the W-2's it will send you a notice and where to send them.   so do nothing now.
