I do not have my 1099-SA with me right now if I close out of my account will it save my information until I can get it and finish tomorrow?

Yes.  TurboTax automatically saves your progress as you work.  Still, you can also click My Account -> Save and Sign Out.  Make sure you sign back in with the same username when you are ready to continue.
