I do not have Medicare Tax (Form 8959) but this is telling me I do?

I don't even know where to check in the filing of where this form is. Could someone help plz? I do not have any additional Medicare tax form. I have 2 jobs with basic Medicare tax withheld.

The Form 8959 is a requirement to pay additional medicare tax if you meet the criteria even if you have already paid medicare tax on the wages you were paid. Check the income levels below to see if you might be required to file this form and pay the additional tax.

Income level when this tax kicks in:  Instructions Form 8959

1. $,200,000 - Single
2. $250,000 - Married Filing Jointly
3. $125,000 - Married Filing Separately
4. $200,000 - Head of Household & Qualifying Surviving Spouse

Is it asking you to upgrade because it added the Medicare Tax?  You might be getting Form 8959 because the amount of Medicare taxes withheld in box 6 is Not exactly 1.45% of the Medicare wages in box 5. Remove any cents for the Medicare wages and see if the 8959 and upgrade message goes away.
