you could use zero and let the taxing authorities hopefully straighten things out.

the other option is to register for ID.me, which will allow you to review IRS records to see how much you've paid yo date for 2025, but it doesn't have state information.

Your withholdings should be reported on your W-2 Form or your 1099-R Form.
