I do not get a w2 TURBO TAX PROGRAM KEEPS SWITCHING ME TO WORK ON MY W-2 NOW

IM USING TURBOTAX DELUXE. I DO NOT GET A W-2 FORM. I AM ON DISABILITY. THE PROGRAM KEEPS CHANGING MY ENTRY FROM, IDON'T HAVE ANY W-2S,  TO " WORK ON MY W2 NOW.  WHY

You may have an incomplete entry within the W-2 section. You can check if this is what is happening by taking the following steps: 

1.) Federal

2.) Wages and Income

3.) Wages and Salaries

4.) Click through the screens until you see Heres Your W-2 Info. 

If there are entries there that shouldn't be, click the delete or trash can icon to remove them from TurboTax.
