I didnt have health insurance and the girl who did my taxes put i did.How can i remove and fix.Now im getting a rejection code F8962-070 this is crazy.Can it be fixed?

Go back to the "girl" who did your taxes, and have her make it right by filing a 1040-X amended return.

If the return is being rejected then you do not amend the return ... it needs to be fixed and resubmitted ...
