I didnt file my taxes with turbotax and I was still charged $62 dollars. I filed somewhere else, what can I do?

I did twice and both times I got a link where I could ask for a refund and both times i got an email back saying  that I can not recieve a refund. And I dont undestand why am i paying for a service that I didnt use.

In the Online version it is free until you file or want to print.  The fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail or not file.  

Once you pay it’s too late to get a refund for the online version.  By paying you are saying you are satisfied since you don't have to pay until you want to print or file.

The satisfaction guarantee only applies to the Desktop CD/download program

But it never said I was going to pay, it asked for my card information and I thought that I was going to get charged until I filed my taxes like with other places. I didnt know I was paying before filing my taxes.

You should always assume you will be charged for anything everywhere as soon as you enter your credit card.
