I didn’t report crypto gains/loss last year. Should I include it this year?

You will have to amend the 2021 tax return to add the 2021 crypto sales to the return.  Only investment sales completed in 2022 can be entered on a 2022 tax return.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-return/amend-change-correct-return-a...

A 2021 tax return can only be printed, signed, dated and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

be aware that the 2021 1099-B may not be available for import. you may have to enter summary totals and then submit the 1099-B with the amended return which you will have to mail in.

And you could only import crypto into the Online version not the Desktop program.  Online is only good for 2022 now.
