There is a problem and TurboTax is working to get it fixed.

You can check on the IRS website(IRS.Gov)

Go to where is my refund

Enter all your information(SSN, Filing Status,. and refund amount)

It will tell you the reasons when you click on details in that page for lower refund.

The IRS is understaffed and not keeping the site up to date.  The problem is with people who paid with refund and it is being addressed.
