I didn't receive a 1095-A form in the mail, how would I enter that in if it wasn't sent..?

If you did have Marketplace insurance call them and ask for one.

TO FIND A 1095-A with healthcare.gov

How to find your 1095-A online

Log in to your account.
Under "Your Existing Applications," select your 2025 application — not your 2026 application.
Select “Tax Forms."
Download all 1095-As.

Get screen-by-screen directions, with pictures (PDF, 504 KB).

The 1095-A form is issued by the Health Insurance Marketplace. You can contact the Marketplace directly to request a copy of the form.

You can access it online through healthcare.gov or call their customer service number which you can find here: Contact us.
