I didn't order turbo tax deluxe and was charged 120$ for my taxes to be done

If your return was more than a simple return and you needed to upgrade, you would have been asked to upgrade.

Being charged $120 sounds like you were also charged a fee to deduct the fees from your refund.

I did not order Deluxe, I was asked so many times while I was filling, But I kept hitting no and never excepted deluxe. Plus I never okayed Max either and am being charged that too. If this is the way turbo tax does online business I may reconsider next year. My taxes are easy and needed no extra help.
