I didn't mean to file for estimated taxes on my return what do I do now ?

If you don't need to make estimated tax payments, you just don't need to make any.

But I  e-file my taxes already and it seems to have my refund held up. I filed Jan 31 and haven't got my refund yet

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.
