I didn't have my 1098T when I started my taxes. Now that I got it, it won't let me go back and reenter it. I've tried returning to the section but it will not go back.

I am assuming you have not filed your tax return yet.

The Free Edition you are currently in only supports wages and the Earned income credit calculations. 

Other credits such as Education Credits require additional forms.  

In order to enter and calculate the education credit from your 1098-T forms, you will need to upgrade to the Deluxe version.

Once you upgrade, you will be able to enter your 1098-T information by doing the following steps:

1. Go to the Federal section of the program
2. Select "Deductions & Credits"
3. Select "Expenses and Scholarships (Form 1098-T)" and click start

This doesn't even make sense as an answer to my question. I paid for the stupid deluxe version, so much for free free free, nice of you guys to charge college students extra. It was a glitch I found out thanks to the community, you have to clear it out if you've ever had a 1098-T before and then input it. Turbo Tax needs to work out that glitch and stop all the false advertisement for free services that they actually charge for. Not to mention the fact that they promote a Turbo card that doesn't ever show up for many, many people, so you never even get the money you're owed. Ridiculous. Turbo Tax is absolute garbage. Never again. Quitting credit karma if Intuit buys it too.
