I didn’t get my 25% off that my email mentioned.

I received an email stating I’d get 25% off taxes by filing before the end of today. I filed and was charged the full price.

We've reported your situation to a Moderator to look at tomorrow.  There have been a lot of problems with that discount, and the Moderator can tell you how to proceed in your case since you have already paid.

If you are not seeing the discount in your shopping cart during checkout:
    1.      Please sign out of your account
    2.      Clear the browser cache & cookies (instructions are included in the FAQs below)
