Well, there's no way to know yet if they received it.   Ideally it would be good to mail things to the IRS by a method that has tracking such as Priority Mail or certified return receipt.

No, you will not get any email when the IRS begins processing your return.   "Accepted" is a status only for efiled returns.  

You won't know if it's received until about 4 weeks after mailing.   At that time, it should start to show up in the Where's My Refund tool at this link:

http://www.irs.gov/Refunds

Did you print, sign, and mail your return to the IRS?     TurboTax does not mail it for you.

Yes I did print, sign and mailed my return! How do I know if they have recieved it? It's been a little over 2 weeks now.
