I didn't complete my return fully on turbo tax last year so how do I add a schedule D when the software thinks I don't need it?

Please clarify your question.

Did you use the Online, or a Desktop version of TurboTax?
Is this a 2023 tax return?
Did you transmit the return at any time?
Did you get a 1099-B for 2023?
