I did not work in 2021 . So I did not have to do my taxes. They said I can't file my taxes for 2022 because I can't do e-file

One of the choices for AGI is to click that you did not file a 2021 tax return.  Then you do not have to enter a 2021 AGI.   Or try using zero.    If neither of those methods work, then print, sign and date the return in ink, and mail it.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.

@johnson2021--Did you already start a 2022 return using online TurboTax before the October 16 deadline?    If you did not start your return using online TurboTax before the deadline, you are too late to use online.   Online software closed for starting new returns after the deadline, and now you can only use the purchased, downloaded desktop software on a full PC or Mac, and your return will have to be filed by mail.   IF you already started the online return before the deadline, you have until October to finish using online and file the return.
