Are you a TurboTax Advantage member? Software is typically sent to those members in November each year. If you only enrolled last November, you'll still have to purchase the software for 2022. (You should receive 2023 software in November, right on schedule).

You can check to make sure your enrollment is active by using the info I'm sharing below.
