I did not receive the 3 stimulus. I got letter 6475 with summ $700. I want to add this summ to credit. But turbotax automatically contains $1,400. How can I fix this?

If you didn’t receive the third Economic Impact Payment (stimulus) or got less than the full amount, you may be eligible to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2021 federal tax return.

In TurboTax,The Recovery Rebate Credit will be found in the Federal Review section.

To claim the Credit:

1. Enter all your federal return information as you would normally

2. During the Federal Review, we’ll check if you meet the requirements for the stimulus payment

3. If you meet the requirements, you'll see the Did you get a third stimulus? screen

4. Answer a few questions about any payments you've already received and then we'll let you know if the Recovery Rebate Credit applies.

I do everything as you wrote.
The problem is that Turbotax writes that my stimul is 1400$ but this is not true.

From IRS I received a letter 6475 that my stimulus is 700$.

In turbotax I can not change this amount.

1400$ is considered automatically.

My federal tax return is wrong, I can't send it.

You are asked if this is the amount you received.  You should answer NO and then enter the amount you actually did receive.

Yes, I did it. 

I recieved nothing so I entered 0.

And Turbotax automatically filled 1400$.

But according to the letter 6475 I should get 700$ not 1400$.

The letter indicates that is the amount that was sent to you.  If you did Not receive that amount then you will need to ask the IRS to start a trace.
