I did not get my free state filing

I selected for the free one and it asked for a card number.

The deluxe version allows you to prepare and print unlimited returns for one state at no charge. There is however an additional fee to e-file the return. See below.

When using Turbo Tax CD/Downloads there is a fee for the state e-file. 

If using Turbo Tax Online, there is a separate fee for the state return.
