Sorry you missed it but there is an EXTRA 39.99 Refund Processing Service charge to have the fee deducted from your refund.  You had to agree to it on a couple screens.  Or you could have paid the fee with a credit or debit card to avoid the extra charge.  29.99+39.99=69.98
