I did not get a 1099-INT and do not have a Federal Identification Number. My interest is less than $10. If 1099-INT info says needs review, what do I need to do?

Yes. All income must be reported.

I tried to put the interest that is less than $10 in the 1099-INT info section. I am not sure if Turbotax is saying that the 1099-INT needs review because it wants the Federal Identification Number. But I did not get a 1099-INT. If that section says needs review, will Turbotax not file the tax forms?
