I did not file my taxes for 2020 and it’s asking for my AGI I do not know it?

If you did not file a 2020 tax return then your 2020 AGI is zero.

Well I put zero and I still got rejected so I don’t know what else to put

Then try $1 for AGI...and if that doesn't work, you may just have to print out your forms and file by Mail.

If you do file by mail, be sure to use a tracking method at the PO service counter.

Don't forget that the State forms go to a separate address from the Federal forms.  Some states want a copy of the Federal 1040 if you file by mail, but if needed, the software will print an extra copy of that if you go thru the filing process in the software and indicate that you will file-by-mail.
