I did not file my taxes for 2018 but the system says I filed. Is there any way that this couls be fixed?

The only way to fix a tax return that has been efiled and accepted is to prepare, print, sign and mail an amended return form 1040X. Before you do anything, what does the TurboTax web site say about the status of your tax return: https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp
