I did not earn any tips. Turbotax is asking how I earned the tips, but that doesn't make any sense, because I didn't earn any tips. What do I do?

First it says "Are your allocated tips in box 8 correct?
I click yes (nothing, none is correct)
Then it asks "Did you earn these tips as a government employee?"
It's acting like I did earn tips, but I didn't, so I'm not sure how to proceed.

There is a hidden character in box 8, otherwise a blank box would not have triggered the query from TurboTax.

Delete the W-2 and re-enter manually.
