Turbo Tax is generating Estimated Tax vouchers to help you avoid the underpayment penalty in 2021. This is probably based on your underpayment in 2020, which may or may not be relevant to your tax situation in 2021.
You are not required to use them.
You should consider whether you will face an underpayment penalty in 2021. Based on that, you have many choices. You can toss the vouchers in the shredder and just pay online. You can pay a different amount than what TT suggests, if you think that is appropriate. Or you can not pay at all, and deal with the penalty.
