Yes.  But I am going to give you a link for your 2016 tax return giving directions and the address to mail your return.  Note you need to mail them separately-each year usually goes to different addresses.  

Another option: you could mail your 2016 tax return in and then e-file your 2017  1 month or so down the road, after the IRS has received and processed your 2016.
